Pick Up/Delivery

Grace Cakes Homemade Gourmet is not responsible for orders once they leave our premises or dropped off. When picking up your dessert please be sure to allow enough space in your vehicle for the box(es) to lay flat and secure. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly, such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.

Allergies

Your items have been baked and decorated in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, and any other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of the risk and hold Grace Cakes Homemade Gourmet harmless of any allergic reactions.

By sending your deposit/ paying in full you agree to the above details, terms and conditions.

Food Colorings

Food colorings will not match your event colors perfectly. Grace Cakes Homemade Gourmet will make every effort to recreate the colors you are looking for, but there will be slight color variations.

Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Therefore, we have established a cancellation policy to ensure fairness and avoid waste. Cancellation requests on orders 7 or more days away from the delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund. Please note the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at time of purchase. Cancellation 6 days or less prior to delivery, there will be no refund. This due to the purchase or preparation of ingredients. However, you have the option to apply the funds (as a credit) to a future order to be used within 3 months to show appreciation for your business.
